Oumy Baby Kane
( Board President )

A native of Senegal (West Africa), having been born and raised in Dakar I speak French, Wolof, Pulaar. After attending Van Vollenhoven high school, I earned a degree in Business and marketing at the Management Institute of Dakar University where I was also a member of the Martial art team. I also hold Federal and States security licenses for Investment Banking in the US. Rooted in my community, I served as mentor and advisor in the Youth Chamber of Commerce Dakar Goree and the Youth Lions Club of Dakar for most part of my youth. A Financial Professional, I am a Merrill Lynch Financial Solutions Advisor today and with more than 20 years’ experience in Finances and Marketing my objectives have always been to help my community and those around me be more successful. After 10 years in Airline industry as a revenue accountant and Operations Manager with Senegal Air and Slok Air International, where I was privileged to oversee 15 countries and coach stations operations, I decided to move to the banking industry to help my community have healthier financial life. My goal as an advisor is to have everybody have access to the financial opportunities I see. Now close to 12 years in the US and 8 years in Portland, I live in the Beaverton area with my spouse, mother and two kids. I try to impact our community we dearly love in supportive ways. I am a dancer and I love cooking, traveling and keeping up with the kids (easier said than done). I also love all things in the film industry and has been a movie fan my entire life.

Dr. Karleah Harris
(Board of Director)

Dr. Harris has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Purdue University and a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Dr. Harris has been a Professor.  Her research interests includes using inquiry-based science learning to study kindergarten students’ explanations, the types of discourse strategies teachers use during classroom science discourse, children with learning disabilities, technology in education, adolescence development and grandparenting.Thank you!

Ramatu Muhammad MBBS        (Board of Director)

Ramatu is a Medical Case Manager at Lifelong, Everett, WA .She is currently studying masters degree is Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg school of Public Health and holds a Bachelor of surgery degree from Ahmadu Bello University Zaira, Nigeria. Where she also worked as a medical doctor in family practice. She is a Georgia Leadership Education in Neurodevelopemental Disabilities Program Fellow. In addition, she is a parent advocate for her children living with disabilities, a family mentor, and an International Special Needs Consultant and educator for families and individuals living with disabilities.  

Rachael Oyetunde 
( Board Member) 

Rachael Oyetunde is an immigrant that relocated to United states of America from Nigeria where she grow up. Racheal has been contributing to them Health care industry for 20 years. She is happily Married with two grown up kids.
